In case anyone has need of a scanner for the car I have a Kingbolen v7 which reads codes and live data and has active testing including tyre pressure monitor resets and service and Adblue resets. Also does other functions such as ABS and pump bleeding, steering angle settings, brake resets and airbag and body modules so fairly comprehensive depending on vehicle

Long story short I bought one to fix the Adblue on the van. Normal situation with these vans is a tank replacement circa £1100. Fixed with a £1.50 thermister.
